在Server Manager>Role里添加 Web Server(IIS),注意添加的时候把ASP.NET给勾上。安装完后Control Panel\Administrative Tools\Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager里添加一个新网站，注意给IIS用户对应目录的权限。
接下来将BlogEngine的安装文件复制到对应的目录，打开http://127.0.0.1，没想到却提示
HTTP Error 500.22 - Internal Server Error
An ASP.NET setting has been detected that does not apply in Integrated managed pipeline mode.
可能是ASP.NET应用程序池(Application Pool)有问题,打开Application Pool 将Integrated改为Classic，可以正常工作，收工。
